Hello, I just started learning bug hunting. I would like to know what is the motivation to use a VPS for bug hunting/pentesting. Is it only to have a faster machine? Also, I have seen suggestions to use VPN during pentest/bug hunting because some sites blacklist your ip, maybe due to fuzzing or similar stuff. I would like to know your view/suggestion on this, and if recommended is there some easy-to-use VPS+VPN service. Thank you

It's not completely free, There are limited number of hours you can use a machine in a week. If compared you keep a EC2 On for a month straight and keep scanning it will cost you alot of $$$
