I thought the same but they actually have the ingredients for the hollandaise on the ingredients podium, and you can see a little bit in the up-close picture. Definitely not enough but there is some one there. I prefer mine to be slathered in it, personally. They were probably trying to keep the muffin from disintegrating with the moisture 🤷‍♀

there's not much difference in whole ingredients which is why its great to cook with them, but you can look at impact if thats a priority you can put in your budget, as well as nutrient quality which is often changed through difference management practices which may change flavoring based on mutiple factors within that.

The ingredients were too similar in general to make any difference, in my opinion. For example, both brands of pickles were lower priced varieties that are equally bad to me. It would have made a lot more sense to test Vlassic vs Bubbie's or some such.
