The headache of trying to find someone willing to take their vehicle out there to help recover it or bring parts. Or trying to figure out how to get to work. As many good times as I had back then I'm kinda glad I'm past all that. Definitely worth the price of a beater for the weekends.

I bought a Nissan pathfinder about 7 years ago for 500$. I have been trying to kill that thing since. The ball joints just gave up last weekend on a gnarly hill, the clutch about a year ago. Absolute beast on 33s. Wish i had a bit more power for climbing but dont we all? Beaters all the way.
