For the plug cover don’t paint directly on the installed cover. You’ll get electrocuted. If you want to do it correctly without injuring yourself remove it before you paint and then coat your paint job once it’s dry with a thin layer of epoxy resin. Let it cure and reinstall. You’ll have a much nicer and more professional makeover.

Destroying the books was a turn-off for me. This was supposed to be 5 minute craft ideas, and most of these ideas would take an average person much longer than 5 minutes. Especially what was done with the flatbed slates. It would take longer than 5 minutes just to stain it alone. The video had too much going on in it tbth.

@1:10, that’s a heck of a thing to do to books. I didn’t understand, until I watched half a dozen times, and commented to ask for explanation of the paintbrush strokes we were shown @1:10. I’m saddened by someone using books in good condition, and virtually destroying them, in order to do an art piece.
