I was also very fond of dam construction in Pakistan for power generation n reservoirs for off season crops. I am shocked knowing about stoppage of Indus Water Dalta ,250 sq acre n more sea grabbed agriculture land of Badin ,Thatta Districts. Plz watch about deteriorating condition of echo system of coastal areas of Indus / Arabian sea over past 100 years. Storage of Indus Water by barrages n dams has destroyed human life cycle at cultivated Agri land both sides of Indus River after Kotari Barrage. Sokhi Bunder was not coastal landmark which sea water has destroyed n grabbed into Sea , only when the coming fresh water started to reduce by Dams ,Terbella,Mungla,n so on . 750 fresh water lakes in Badin ,Thatta have been dried up n people are compelled to migrate near by cities n villages. The condition of such affectees people is very much miserable. Keti Bunder in now a days is 4th sea coast village ,re- built each time after sea entered their lands. If some areas are cultivated due from dam fresh water much land has been salinated , underground fresh water of these coasts ve bn polluted.
