I cancelled my Redmi 12 order from Flipkart. It was delayed, they changed delivery date twice and remained undelivered. No propar support from Flipkart, I reached them via Chat, Call and Email. No one know the actual reason behind delay as seller did not mention anything in the system. Doesn't it sound like a scam? They overbook orders, create hype with season sale and eventually do not deliver product in time. Customer lose their days and other e-commerce lose business.

It wasn't the case before. I used to with Flipkart for 10+ years and they always delivered on time and in some cases even a day earlier than promised. They need to revisit and blacklist such scammer sellers, I think.

I always have issue with Flipkart on exchange. Recently I tried to exchange my wife's Nokia G72 which was 2 months old (as it was replaced under warranty due to battery swelling). Same screen discolouration story. So I said leave it and returned the new phone. But I spoke to the guy with a bit of personal touch. And he told me they have instructions to reject 80-90% of exchanges under some pretext.
