Uss chutiye delivery agent ne scratch ko minor dents ke category me daal dia tha maine dekha or bola usko phir bhi wo nai maana uske hisaab se ek chota scratch minor dents ke category me aata hai. I cancelled my Redmi 12 order from Flipkart. It was delayed, they changed delivery date twice and remained undelivered. No propar support from Flipkart, I reached them via Chat, Call and Email. No one know the actual reason behind delay as seller did not mention anything in the system. Doesn't it sound like a scam? They overbook orders, create hype with season sale and eventually do not deliver product in time. Customer lose their days and other e-commerce lose business.

It wasn't the case before. I used to with Flipkart for 10+ years and they always delivered on time and in some cases even a day earlier than promised. They need to revisit and blacklist such scammer sellers, I think.

I always have issue with Flipkart on exchange. Recently I tried to exchange my wife's Nokia G72 which was 2 months old (as it was replaced under warranty due to battery swelling). Same screen discolouration story. So I said leave it and returned the new phone. But I spoke to the guy with a bit of personal touch.
