Hello ,I you aware that constant putting your hands in cook rice will make it sour .If you can use spoons for the other dishes why can't you do the same for the rice .Your already hands with the newspapers and money handling is taking unsanitary food to a next level. That is not possible as then the rates of the food will go high and these food are basically consumed by very low class people generally low class workers, at very very less rate. If you want to see presentable hygienic food then you have to go for restaurant who sell these dishes at 10x more than what is sold on streets. Do see the shops how much do they earn to afford gloves and hygiene. When poverty kicks you then you won't think of hygiene you just want to sell your product anyhow. Hygiene and maintenance is something that has to be regulated by the government, I don't know about other countries but most European countries have hygiene regulations for street vendors and you have to maintain certain level of precaution or you will be fined. In India we don't have any such laws so street vendors wants to keep their costs at minimal. So before complaining study the market and then say anything please share this information to all the viewers complaining about hygiene and bla bla..
