Nicely done sir. I had a question though: I have a pair of AKG K52 headphones, a Maono XLR condenser mic, and my laptop. My mic, when directly connected to my laptop, outputs extremely muddy and muffled sound. My headphones, even when cranked up to 100%, don't get as loud. If I go for this audio interface, will it remove (mitigate, at least) the issues I'm facing with my mic and headphones? To put into perspective, my phone mic (with some mixing) sounds WAY better than my condenser mic - which shouldn't be the case.

You dont require any driver for AI-04, But agar fl studio se use kar rahe ho to ASI04 all driver aata hai usse use kijiye.

I am using cezo v8 with cubase 12 pro. Usme automatic loopback ho raha hai. Isliye when I listen music. i cant record just vocals. Iskiye planning to replace it with audio array AI -02 . That is costing me 6500 rs. Please suggest if i am making a right decision. But really don't want this automatic loopback in my recording. Please help

I had ordered for an audio array audio interface AI-04 on 14/08/2024 with full online payment and the same was confirmed by an email from your side with delivery scheduled for monday 19th august 2024. Accordingly a tracking id and a link for the same was shared to me on saturday 17th august 2024. But the same has not been delivered till today 20th august. The tracking id and the link just mentions as package delayed in transit. with no mentiion of it's present status and as to when it will be delivered. Even the contact number that you have provide is not reachable

It was the sheer callousness of the courier boy (for dubious reasons-I presume) of the shipping agency (Amazon Transportation Services) who came with the shipment on 18th August 2024 at 08.26 PM till the lobby of our building, made an entry in the security records of our building, and returned without delivering the parcel on the sole pretext of it being late in the night (20:26 hours being late for him) and making the event a failed delivery. Thanks a lot to the Team Audio Array who on learning of this immediately sprang into action and sent to me the shipment by we-fast within hours of their being made aware of this. This definitely is what Customer Support is supposed to be. Thanks once again Team Audio Array
