Yes! I have both, the same loud pop comes off. It’s disturbing 😳 even my band mates noticed

My biggest issue wasn't the footswitch even though I do mostly agree with you there, but the pedal itself or at least mine drops the volume of whatever I put with it once engaged. I've used the thing with 40 different pedals it's volume is the issue. Drives me crazy. But I do use it in my studio and songs that started out with ducking reverb because that's what I mainly used it for. I have a digitech polara I normally use and I on my channel actually make cool little diy dsp reverbs that I do occasionally use on my board. Still I like this pedal. The plate and ducking I found the most useful for my needs.

If volume drop is an issue follow it with an EQ pedal this usually gives you up to 15dB volume boost, and the bonus of being able to craft your own tone from the pedal.

Id that one problem that it falls apart with lots of bass or heavy gain ive had alot of great cheap reverb pedals that were great clean but terrible distorted

The pedals sounds great but the pop switch and it feels like a blast after pop, its so disturbing eventho after that everything is normal. I prefer ammoon pockver or sonicake sonic ambience tho 1 pedal and get multi reverb + multi delay

Sorry I took long to answer back! Been busy working with my band’s album. Actually no, I don’t recommend it :/ if money is tight and you can’t buy anything else, it’s ok, just watch out for the switch noise. But I think it’s better to keep these 30 bucks you have and save it for something better (:

It's funny that every single video/review I've seen on this pedal makes it seem like M-Wave could have left out 8 of the 9 Reverbs & just made a Plate Reverb pedal. 😂😂
