that is their culture each and every country has their own differences, im from philippines too and im not using my hands to eat not all filipino use thier hands to eat UNLESS you are in your own house and your family doing it, they are blessed with such large amount of serving here for filipino its more expensive to buy a meal some filipinos choose to cook at their home and i dont blame them if they like too eat food that cheap because they are not like other people that can provide expensive food for there stomach while discriminate other people's life
