Cheapest way of LIVING! High INFLATION and prices surge | what is the price for a family weekly?

As you guys might know we are 4 members in our family, 2 kids and a mom and a dad. Now 2022 as prices surge we decided to do a weekly shopping at the grocry store and it turned out to be quiet intresting on how much more expensive everything is just compare to a year ago.
