I can’t wait to make this!! I used to have salads for dinner all the time before becoming a mom, but my toddler needs more than salad for a meal so I stopped cooking that way. This is so brilliant though because now I can meal prep everything and just assemble our plates differently AND she still gets a balanced meal! win-win-win 🥳

Lots of great ideas in this video. It's a bit frustrating though because Thrive market doesn't ship to Canada (unless you're a youtuber/influencer. Maybe that's changed, but I don't think it has. ) I guess I'll be on the lookout for new sauces I can make at home. Thanks for all the new ideas 🙂

Yeah. Veggies can be sources of infection. For example, you should never just thaw frozen edamame, peas, etc at room temp. Always boil them. They need to reach 140 degrees

I have found that smoked paprika is a good sub for liquid smoke since the latter tastes chemical-ly to me. Also here to say that I love how versatile & customizable this way of eating is. I thrive on creativity and the vegan and plant-based ingredients are super versatile. One ingredient alone, like tofu, can do countless things, as long as you find inspiration/creativity. My husband & I are so happy to eat this way!

Avocado oil is so overhyped by influencers... I don't use it because it is very harmful for the environment. I use a locally grown canola oil for frying, and a good quality organic extra virgin olive oil for my salads or sauces.
