Man my wife and I were looking for you! We thought you might be there and we're excited to see our favorite streamer! But then once there everyone looked like you and we gave up. How long ago did you get your tickets? We bought them back in April and got lucky that they just happened to be this game. As for that big delay, the umpire was wacked in the cup after a foul ball and had to leave for a bit. There were no other fill in umps so everyone had to stand around waiting. At least that was what everyone was saying at our seats.

That’s one mystery solved with the delay of game. LOL. No one had any idea what was happening where I was sitting. I picked up a single ticket for the game this week. Ironically, I was already trying to fit the game in before they announced the deGrom start.

Not a Mets fan (I love that other NY team…), but deGrom is so much fun to watch. An artist. I’d be a little nervous about him hitting triple digits on the radar gun in a Double-A rehab game (ease into it, Jake!), but I guess that’s part of his process.

He topped out at 101mph, which was nuts for the group he was facing. I agree that he is great to watch. Your Yanks look amazing this year. I hope we get another subway series in the Fall.

Tickets seemed to fly once the Tugas announced deGrom would be playing. We've been going to games there for years and I've never seen it so packed.

I went to a game a few years ago and I love going to those game I go to the one in Clearwater more than any of those stadiums and Lakeland is awsome to see the Flying Tigers. I’ve been going to a lot of the bigger ballparks the ones I haven’t been to yet. I just went to Baltimore and Washington a week or two ago and Baltimore is amazing definitely worth the trip. I also got a chance to do San Diego and Anaheim again and Atlanta as usual. I’m glad you had fun.

I don't believe that anyone from Flushing would cheer for ANY other team but the Mets no matter they happened to move to, muchless cheer for a Reds farm team. If you don't like the Reds, what good is it to follow their affiliates? Makes absolutely no sense.
