Great video. Just a question do you gain weight from having a cheat day?

Thank you! ☺️ On the cheat day I gain some pounds, but I go back to normal eating the day after. After a couple of days I am at my starting weight again ☺️ Just for reference though, around the cheat day I eat in a slight deficit and I usually leave 1-2 months between each cheat day. ☺️
