Today I embarked on a huge cheat day with the UK's no.1 competitive eater, Leah Shutkever. We ate over 8,000 calories of junk food, consisting of burgers, pizza, donuts and sushi.

That’s about half of what I would eat when I was reaching 275 lbs athletic and lean lol and I don’t miss it tbh. I was an extremely hard gainer being 6’3 200 lbs natural. For 3-4 years, I normally ate that and on weekends double that. I was however extremely active being in the military. I don’t miss those times at all hahah
