Bc over 90% of cheaters use the same cheat this guy uses that has been undetected for over 3 years thats why he said hes had his acc for 3 years bc his other acc prob got banned the last time this specific cheat got detected. This cheat is very well trusted with the cheating community and thats why they all use it. Also very easy to set up and cheap. If this gets detected tarkov will be playable again for a year or so until this cheat is trusted again.
