Hello Tickle, I don't think you can lump all content creators together. The number of people who knew this in advance will not be particularly high. Without exact figures it is difficult to say such a thing. But at the core of the statement I am completely with you. If I knew about it in advance I can't act so surprised. You could play with your cards open and say that you weren't allowed to say anything before. The videos would be viewed just as often as the other videos.

I think you're a little confused with Dr Lupo's response, in the time stamp you provided. It appears Dr Lupo isn't necessarily happy that cheaters are able to hack into PVE lobbies and kill players. He's more over amused that BSG's incompetence has granted hackers the ability to kill players in what is supposed to be an 'offline' raid

I have personally bought the new edition, there are things about the PvE that is fun, nice not worrying about the try hards... But it's BSG and some maps have decently long load in times, take that as you want but that's just my personal opinion so far on it. Not all of the creators had privy to the patch before it released, and there's no way to know which ones did and didn't unless they say they knew. We know the emissaries knew about it, and the QnA from the emissaries and Nikita made it pretty clear the relationship the emissaries have with BSG. I don't think anyone with a brain is condoning cheating, name-calling, or harassment of other players, but unfortunately that's what you get when you have a mob of people who are fired up.

They don't, he was just bullshitting while amped up and didn't think things through. You can see the disclaimer thread on the SPT forums, plus run it through kaspersky and any other programs you wish. It was a false positive that got patched. The only other accusation is from a startup who's trying to blackbox an AI into doing threat detection, so that's more than likely negative. The code is open source and you can check it for yourself.

Was absolutely tiny (averaged 10 viewers and had 17 subs at my best on KICK)... My X analytics were soaring upwards like wild and it felt like a strong path. I'm not sure it's fraud if you get scammed and do a chargeback, just because it's a digital purchase doesn't mean it doesn't happen. I've had to do that before, one time I bought a 3rd party matchmaking service and the literal next day they made a change that made it so that I literally could not use it, so I charged em back. If you can do a chargeback on a videogame pre-order that you haven't even played, that is NOT fraud. You do probably want to do ask for a refund first, though, because they will probably issue one. The chargeback I did was on paypal and it only let me do it because it was a recent purchase that I barely even got to use before it was made unusable for me.

I bought EOD like 5 years ago or something and maybe have 250 hours. Maybe. Im always curious about everyones hours on tarkov. I feel like a miniority on the internet about tarkov. I work anywhere from 60-100hours a week, I have the money to buy EOD and play with friends sometimes in between other life priorities. How many of me exist where we bought EOD years ago and dont have thousands of hours?

I got EOD in 2019 and I was at a little over 1400 hours but I quit playing around the time streets was added as I got burned out and tired of trying to organize my life around the wipe cycles, but I upgraded to unheard so I can play PVE solo and enjoy the game at my own pace

I really agree with you. It was a bad move what BSG made, however my idea was originally that PVE CoOp would be eventually available to all for a fee and the new version is just an early access thing. Also, they gave priority matchmaking to EOD. Did they not say that one of the things they are working on is a better matchmaking system with lower queues? Is it not very probable that EOD will just get an "early adoptation" of this matchmaking, while it will be eventually in the core game for everybody?? It is impossible for me to remember it and people for whom tarkov is their job to forget it/not get it (conveniently). But when i spoke these points out in reddit, everyone tried to bury me lol. This witch hunt has gone too far. I bought the new version, and so did my brother because we got good jobs and can afford it np. Honestly (without saying what bsg did was right), how many of current EOD users who bought EOD before 2022 bought it for the DLCs? Before arena we had no idea if we ever were gonna get a dlc in the first place. we all got it for gamma and stash space, to save us from the grind.

Its not about celebrating cheaters, that's how we ended up here in the first place. If BSG had made an honest effort to combat it in the first place they could have sold a PMC skin or a hairstyle or whatever. That would have been much more palatable because people also understand what operational costs are and would gladly contribute to their favorite game. Instead we have the same terrible desync, the same non existent anti cheat which honestly at this point it just looks like they're profiteering on it. And finally they spit in the face of everyone who bought EOD, adds an offline-coop behind a paywall and just tells everyone to suck it. The "celebration" of cheating is a form of protest.

I've been playing Tarkov for over 7 years, i've bought EOD for 3 other people, I've bought standard for my Hardcore, I got access to Arena day one with all the streamers. I was a supporter of this games development. We all knew PVE / non wipe mode was a possibility, we all knew microtransactions were probably coming. We knew EOD was going away, we had an idea how much the new edition would cost. Those of us that were in alpha and have been on the Early Test Server were/are under NDA. We hoped they would be more tempered, honestly this community is losing their shit. A 7 year subscription to a game like WOW would run you $1200+. In usual BSG fashion they fucked this release up. I really hope Grayzone Warfare is prepared for the influx of PVP try-too-hards, cheaters, and man children to their game. I'll take a supporter edition, you know i'm buying it.

But seriously remember thst we actually were told endlessly that an offline co-op other than what was there would NOT be in the game. All the streamers even reported this. The game was sold as online PvPvE and they said they did not want to keep the offline. You can say what you want about it now being a part of the overall game but so far the EOD owners get all the online gameplay features sans this new hideout But who knows if we get to earn it in the game or not? We had always HOPED we'd get the offline co op and it's the one thing that I want, and I was angry but I had to admit that was something I read and heard over and over again that we would not get.
