【劇情簡介】2014年，顏宋帶着兒子顏朗獨自在上海生活3年後，遇到了因車禍而成植物人的秦漠。秦漠昏睡8年剛甦醒，他失去了部分記憶，認定顏宋是自己的曾經的戀人沈洛。此時，顏宋不辭而別的前男友林喬也再度出現並追求顏宋，然而更讓人吃驚的是林喬竟又很快同蘇祁訂婚。秦漠與顏宋逐漸產生感情。顏宋意外得知，林喬是因為自己身患絕症才決意遠離，曾經的離去也純屬無奈。顏宋陪伴林喬走完人生最後一程。秦漠的身世逐漸揭開，秦漠是顏宋姐姐沈洛的戀人，顏朗則是秦漠和沈洛的孩子。跨國設計公司總裁歐陽藤正是造成秦漠的昏迷的人，他擔心顏宋就是當年知道一切的沈洛，這使顏宋和秦漠的感情又變得荊棘滿布，最終，有情人終成眷屬。
