My GF is a Family Law Attorney. It is amazing just how easy it is for an Attorney to cross the line. She told me about a classmate who got caught putting pressure on the spouse of her client and used videos taken by a PI as leverage. She was disbarred for almost 6 months. Attorneys can also get into trouble for using duress when it comes to prenups. One such Attorney lost a malpractice case. Their prenup got tossed because they got sloppy.

What is crazy to me, the fact that there are men out there that do not respect themselves. Let the women in their life do things like this to them. That are so afraid of being labeled as insecure or controlling. So they put up with their wives going to girls nights out or girls trips. While you cannot control what others will or won’t do. You can control how you respond and allow in your life. The first time she mention going out to bars or clubs he should have told her, sure you can go, but make sure you are ready to accept the consequences. (Divorce).
