Andrew Holness just continued what the previous government started. All of the Highway infrastructure in Jamaica, all started by the previous government and continued by Andrew Holness. Portia Simpson Miller got the loan from China to start the South Coast highway? After loosing the election, The Prime Minister, Mike Henry and Audley Shaw went to China and changed the*plan*? The previous government plan was to build a 4 lane highway from Harbour view to Morant Bay and an improvement 2 lane from Morant Bay to Port Antonio. The toll road was going to start somewhere in the 11 mile area, and it was going through the mountain range inland. (not the coastline)

That was squashed the initial plan was to build toll road from harbour view to portland. Andrew change that and instead buikd a toll from maypen to mandeville . Expand the existing road from Harbour view to yalla which is free . The development onclude improvements to lots of community's in st thomas. Which is better?​@waynemcfarlane1233
