When gold goes up, AUD/USD tends to go up or CAD/JPY and Oil b'c CAD is a major spot of OIL + JPY importer of OIL)

Great stuff Karen, thank you. Just as a matter of interest is there a time period in a trade, you should aim for for each time frame. For example, if I enter on a h1 signal is there a preferred length of time that I would should aim for being in the trade.
