Hi. Thanks for the video. After completing the steps presented in the video, what else do I have to do regarding the vps, on a daily/weekly basis? I can't find anywhere a guide regarding common issues and maintenance for hostinger vps, and on their website there are 110 tutorials, covering a wide range of subjects, not sure in what way related. In other words, is vps hosting a high maintenance option? I'm undecided between the shared business wordpress plan and the vps2, for a small eCommerce site. I don't mind learning a bit if it's an important upgrade, but don't want to spend much time with technical server stuff, and neglect the shop.

Thanks for your question. Hostinger VPS hosting is a great option and it's actually quite low maintenance compared to other options out there. The tutorials on the website should cover most of what you need in terms of setup, but once everything is running smoothly, all you really have to do from then on are regular updates and backups which can be done quickly with their 1-click installer feature. As far as choosing between shared business WordPress plan or VPS2 - that depends entirely on how much traffic/resources your site will require so if possible I suggest doing some research into both plans before making any final decisions!

Is there a particular reason you are using Cyberpanel? I would rather use Server Avatar. To do it in Cyberpanel: Log into your CyberPanel dashboard. Navigate to the sidebar and select “PHP” under the “Services” tab. In the PHP Extensions section, select the PHP version related to your website. Here you’ll find a list of all the PHP extensions available. If the extension you need isn’t listed, you will have to manually install it.

Nameserver should be a DNS setup, not to be confused with Server Avatar. In your DNS setup, you point the IP to the VPS on Server Avatar.
