As you should the only thing you need to work on is your form and you’ll be faster then what you are make sure you pump your arms faster because if you keep pumping them you run faster , but keep doing whatchu doing ❤

This is literally me because I have a track meet coming up and I got better I’m worrying about my accomplishments because in my life I’m the main character and I’m trying my best out here and other people are too.

I’ve never done track before and I suck at long distance but this year I am joining a rec team so hopefully it goes well and I can do a real team some day!

Try not to keep your hands so tensed up when you run. You don't wanna waste energy on flexing your hands but you also don't want your hands to be super floppy, so try and keep your wrists firm and your fingers relaxed. Sorry if this sounded condescending! 😊❤
