Agreed, nothing wrong with the LS, but I can't say I've ever even heard of another FJ with a supercharged 3UR-FE. I have a TRD supercharged Tundra CrewMax 4x4, but she's a bit big-boned @ 7,000 lbs.; that power in this thing would be an absolute blast to tear around in. LOVE it!!

In Oz, Toyota V8s were GMH or Australian Chevy anyhow. Hahaha but probably contained much better internals, cause You know Toyotas are gonna last a lot longer an can take a beating Ky6! Awesome stuff.

Las Vegas was my playground when I lived in LA. I have friends who I consider family that live there now. The strip closed due to the virus and one of them lost their job. Luckily, his wife is still working, but they just had a kid. They say they are alright and won't take any help, but my heart weighs heavy for them. I'm a volunteer for The Mint 400 and my heart broke when the strip closed. I came here again to see this truck cruise the Strip as I know it. That brought back memories of the parade down LV Blvd before the race. Sorry for the wall of text. #vegasstrong

It is definitely a crazy time. Our shop is right around the corner from The Strip and we cruise some of our projects around the area so to see it like it was in this video and now empty is very different.

Awesome truck. Somebody needs to develope performance seats with hinged bolstering; the seat back bolster would swing to the rear, then latch back in place manually. Same for the seat bottom. These would be for vehicles without side cage tubes.

So it's basically a tundra with a land cruiser body and a long travel kit? Are you going to be racing it? What is it built for? While the supercharger will help the 5.7, a lot of Baja guys are pushing 1000hp.

It’s a Prerunner, not a race truck. I built something nice to be able to pre run and chase our class 1, but also have 600hp and be street legal.

I specially love this project because it keep, protect and promove the TOYOTA name brand all around, specially under the hood, no matter what. But many, many people make the mistake of remove the Toyota engine and set up an american V8 engine on those beautiful beasts.

I originally started the build for me. About a month before it was finished, someone from Dubai made an offer I couldn’t refuse. So we finished up and made a video before it was shipped out. Otherwise I’d be beating the balls off it. Our next personal project is a 1966 C10 Crewcab Prerunner that will be built similar to this one
