Ingat kayo sa Salmon. It should be wild and not farmed. It has been found that overtime, it'll me bad for you. Favorite mo pa naman. Fish is good as long as it's small, big fish has been found loaded with Mercury which is bad for the body, even BlueMarlin is not a favorite anymore due to its size. Here where I live were seldom do they sell farmed fishes. Mostly deep sea from Atlantic that's why they're so pricey.
