Problem with it's location is the Mass Pike is right behind, but it takes forever to get to it. If you want to go to Westfield you have to take rt 20 the whole way. This is in Sherwood forest , and I think there may be an HOA. This place has been for sale for at least a year, as I've been watching it.

nice little quonset hut for seasonal storage. Barn could use some TLC, maybe convert to a garage for cars. the house will likely need to be lifted up and a foundation poured. the interior layout is odd, have to walk all the way around to get to the bathroom. The room off the master bedroom could be used as a home office space. Otherwise it's a quiet little property in the small town of Becket.

I noticed that you try and get a visual of any floor unevenness, high or low spots. If you get jaunty and would like to show it better, just put the camera on the floor at a distance and you’ll see the degree of hump or slope. Just a suggestion. Best wishes again. And another great property video!

Quonset huts were designed during WWII as quick easy structures that could be erected by an eight man crew in one day. For sloping floors, carry a tennis ball and just set it on the floor.

1 - The "rock plateau" is called ledge. Probably why there's no basement. 2 - The "cool NASA type building" is a Quonset hut. Pretty common type of prefab building, especially on farms and in rural areas. I've seen them framed out inside and used as dwellings, I stopped watching around that point as I figured that if he didn't know these two simple things, there wouldn't be much here to learn. Just another KZbinr with a camera trying to so sound like an expert.
