I LIVED in NYC 36 years until 2017....before coming "home' to the Philippines to take care of my late mother s 22 hectares..(about 50 acres back in USA..) plus i bought 12 acres in a more hilly mixed area...and am checking several other properties offered to me...but unfrotunate as it was that my mother s land was abused by so many people after parents died...but your example INSPIRES me to continue "fixing'' the land...KEEP UP the great example please..amazing how dedicated YOU are to this tropical farming and how well-organized you do it...those plants and fruits are ..well...all over the place here...because they re native...but the way you do it...as a FAMILY enterprise is INCREDIBLE...i m going to have to borrow ideas from you !! cheers.

Inspiring video as usual Pete. You (and your crew) put out some of the best content on the subject. Your videos with Jim Kovaleski really kick-started my passion for permaculture and tropicals. Videos like this one re-affirm it all. Thank you so much!

And when youre into mangoes maybe you can visit the island of Guimaras in Iloilo, Philippines. The mangoes there taste sweet like sugar. Best month to visit Guimaras is May.

But do you and any of these other farmers make the mistake of eating more than once a day? If you do, then you should watch videos about the One Meal A Day (OMAD) diet and longevity with fasting. Not only is it more natural, but you could save hundreds of dollars every month doing this.

@@TycoNewRC And get Diabetes 2 because of spiking and dropping blood sugar... Because the natural way is to eat when you are hungry, even nibbling almost all day....

@Svein_Arne_Grønnevik, WRONG. If you get Diabetes 2 because of spiking and dropping blood sugar, that's YOUR FAULT for eating the wrong choice of foods, not because of not eating enough food. The whole point of my post is that you're not supposed to get hungry more than once per day, and you getting hungry more than once per day is YOUR FAULT for choosing to develop a habit that causes your body to expect food multiple times *because of eating multiple times.*
