@truthfuljones4557 Everything is super close together. But that's East Cobb / Indian Hills for you. Head into Cherokee or North Fulton in the Alpharetta/Milton area, on the outskirts and you can find some nice separation between homes for the money. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

Los of negatives, back porch off kitchen is too small for this size house, no door from garage to ouride, too much road noise and view of traffic, no back yard, steep hill to mow. Master bedroom is really too big but the closet is great.

Absolutely could not pay for those windows with what looks like door handles. The outside fireplace mixed brick or stone is also a noooo for me. Have to agree with another person who stated those lights ate just random with no personality.

The handles are weird, but those windows are massive. They are super heavy. I probably should have opened one on camera. The builder refers to them as German-made Trocal 70 AD window system. No doubt! There are plenty of areas outside of East Cobb that would get someone absolute tranquility for this price. In East Cobb and the Walton HS district, many are willing to trade that convenience for being in a top school district.
