Another tip I always paint bumper cover as if they are on the car then let the clear get sticky and then lay it down the build up on the edges won't happen
@ThePaintersCore6 ай бұрын
Yea I did use to do that with putting the bumpers on panel stands maybe start again.were always learning different ways gteat to hear how you approach it.thanks gor the comment

I'm glad you agree I think painters need a bit appreciation in the trade and given a bit of confidence to people. happy you enjoyed the content I do love a rant. 😁

When I do those type of bumpers I wont take my first coat of clear to the fine line,on my 2nt coat i take it all the way just a tip i picked up doing these because they bridge so easy after the 2nt coat i take the tape off before i bake.

I should mention the Sarta o seems to put more build up of clear in the middle so I won't use the O for clear anymore.

I hate those bumpers end up wasting a lot of time fine lining the bottom then for the tape to lift half way through painting 🤦♂️ lol
@ThePaintersCore6 ай бұрын
😄 I think we all share a bit of hate for these types of bumpers.
