Check Out This Sansi LED Compared To A Traditional Security Light!

My neighbor down the street has this security light. It’s blinding when it turns on. I use Sansi LED security floodlight bulbs in my driveway. They have been there for years with zero problems. Extremely bright. Don’t look directly at these. You’ll be seeing spots for a minute or two. Good brand if you catch it on a deal

NICE! I picked up a similar four light Sansi (3400 Lumen) on a deal you had like a year and a half ago? I had finally put it up like a year ago to replace a $100 outdoor light. It was less than half the price of that $100 light from Lowes, and is even brighter. I can vouch for the Sansi brand.

The one I have on the deck is connected to an smart outlet with a timer to come on at night and off during the day. It works great, full every morning. I'll try to remember to take a look to see if I can find a brand name on it.

Wow, now that's a light! Your original "5 minutes to warm up" was not an incandescent. Incandescent are the original instant-on bulb. Maybe fluorescent, or if the light was quite yellow, maybe even an orange or reddish yellow, it could be sodium vapor (a brother has those). LEDs are just starting to pass sodium vapor for efficiency, even at the big streetlight level. Or if it was really white, maybe even bluish, and kind of large, it was probably mercury vapor, the big brother of fluorescent.
