Yeah, revisiting your old work is an interesting thing. I have a similar experience with my science fiction and superhero writing. Sometimes I will read my old work and get lost in them… and I turned my first coherent sci fi story into a book series that I just published another book in.

The first story that you wrote looks like it belong in a fazbeat frights book. Which speaks volumes if a book from one of the most famous horror medias is on par with a creepypasta wrote by an edge teenager. But good to know that you evolved as a writer and that now you write banger books nick!

I write short scary stories on Reddit and am currently getting my associates degree in creative writing (graduation this May). So I'm always trying to improve and make them more interesting. I struggle a bit due to disabilities BUT if I can write one, people enjoy, then that makes me happy.

Oddly I found your channel through your video about the band Ghost's album, Prequelle (a great video essay), but I looked around long enough to stumble across this one. I believe your intent was to inspire us to remember where we came from in our creative path, especially for us horror writers. It has led me to reevaluate some of my own lack of gained self value on my creative journey. It is easy to feel ignored, and the numbers don't lie. While I don't intend to drop what I'm doing and give up, I realized I never stopped in my quest not even for a break. The quest for what is the question that remains unanswered for me. Do I want fame or simply recognition? I honestly never had a goal other than to create. It leaves me to question if that will be enough long term with so few to take part in enjoying it with me. I'm going to stick with your channel and watch some more, maybe in hopes it will lead me to ponder more on this topic. I don't plan on putting the brakes on creating, not at all. You've just made me realize that I need to figure out what my goal should even be; otherwise I must come to terms I may be doing it to fight my own boredom. You've made think, and for that I thank you.

About the video in Polish - the author wrote in the description that they tried to move around some elements, so that the events work together better. I'm legit curious now how they did it and if they actually succeded, ngl. I would watch it if I didn't find my native language uncomfortable in the usual tone that those youtubers use (scratch it, I find that tone wierd no matter the language and only maybe 10 people can pull it off in general).
