I have watched this video a hundred times, i love it, I love the game , the players, and their friendship. I grew up playing this game, never knowing about tournaments or this checker club, I would love to know if they are still around , of they are i will make it my business to visit.

that club is still around. i recently did an internet search and the club is still functioning. i plan to visit it also.

This is a great video, nice editing work. If anyone out there has never played Pool Checkers, I recommend it - more diversity in strategy than its British predecessor.

The only checker club they have here in connecticut is in shelton ct under the ACF at a senior center,....There seems to be no checker club in new haven,ct. How do you start one
