I struggle to find fundus at times mostly pubic bone. I know we are trying to feel for boney part but how to ensure to get accurate measurement by knowing where to start and stop at. Also can you please make video on abdominal palpation and how fo we figure the fetus presentation.

Once you have marked the fundal height then you can straighten the legs for measuring the SFH in cm, so that you can place the inch tape properly over the symphysis pubis. For all the rest of the exam, the hips are flexed and slightly abducted, patient in a comfortable position, so that the abdominal muscles are relaxed.
