Grab the camera and then pretty much just press record and after you are done recording, the recording will be directed to Oculus! It should be in the Oculus Media files.

how do you get the video of the recording from the camera

Easy, just simply grab the camera in game and then press record to record your video or short, when you are recording your video or short, it will download to the Meta Quest Files. And simply just go into the video or short that you recorded and it will appear!
