NL, if you kill the lich, you get its skull, which lets you keep all materials on escape even if you die, so after a boss you can go until you die and it's no problem

Hey NL,here is a tiny tip: you can obliviate the middle of a mountain to revert it back to small mountains and rocks, which means that you can create the big mountain again and get more resources.

I'm guessing it makes more sense to spawn a ransacked village behind you if you're worried about fighting it that loop, as it gets purified after a number of loops, not fights.

@0:46 the main use for chrono crystals is to double meadows. Each blooming meadow gives 6/day. It does not work on battlefield, as that is per loop, not per day. I hold my meadows until I get a treasure trove (forget what it's called) and then place it near the path with a chrono crystal and all the meadows. Then I use rocks (not mountains) to activate the blooming on any meadows that aren't blooming. Rocks get a benefit even if they aren't adjacent. Mountains must be adjacent. I always place my mountains down from my large mountain. About 1/3 of my board is dedicated to a montain range.

If you make sure all tiles are occupied around the campfire when the boss spawns, it will not have room for any lich castles to spawn.

Seems like with the warrior you spend the loop healing through the encounters to beef up enough to fight the boss, and with the Rogue you’re trying to survive the loop to slam enough cards to summon the boss to wreck. Interesting dichotomy.

One note about loot ranking: Your assessment is mostly right but monsters also hold their own difficulty modifier. Flesh Golems usually give equipment that is several levels above your current loop level

You could have spawned some Dark Slimes to use up some Oblivion cards usefully. Just wait until the dawn on the day timer, and Oblivion a monster generator tile that is spawning (before the monsters reach the road) to spawn an equivalent number of Dark Slimes instead. They give pretty good loot, which could be useful for this character

If you're wondering about the upper limits of run potential, it will probably involve filling every tile of the map you can with Count's Lands. I got to loop 40 doing that then I took like 3000 damage from one gargoyle boss lol

@@drvofoka7033 yeah I think it's because they assume that because of how the materials work. What I mean by that is that you build. Up materials in your bag. When you drop them off at the camp They are no longer on your person however you do still have them. The trophy work the same way. You drop them off at the camp but although they are not on your person you still have them. However this is a far from obvious fact and as you say is very shitty written
