We looked at the pallazzio model in esplanade and they were charging 1 million for these homes when in 2018 they were 500k 🤦🏾

This is simply misleading realty here. You get a thumbs down for lack of transparency. Just give the actual list price, sheesh.

Love TM but wish they were transparent with pricing. There is no way to configure these models near the 'starting price '
