super advice, especially as sailing is more dangerous than mountaineering

Another great video sir. For me, who has no experience what so ever, it's helping me know what i'm looking at when I am considering a boats condition. A great video would be intro to sailboating and running down a basic walking review of the different names of things. A couple vids out there but they're kind of choppy. Thanks again, this is really helpful!

NIce video, I wish or wonder if anyone makes a very low current draw bilge blower you could leave on most of the time, could help with the common mildew problems and of course add a bit of safety

0 I would not have considered a gauge for diagnostic purposes, but it makes sense, and is cheap and easy to use. 0 I take great exception to this business of yanking the tanks around by their hoses0 The storage of tanks loosely, is very poor practice. Boats are subject to constant and sometimes extreme motion.. and the notion that you can let your tanks, with all the stuff attached to them slam and bang around in a locker.. is just plain nuts. We take better care securing tins of soup ! As to the annual leak test with soapy water... not nearly often enough for a boat that is actually used often ( cruising boats).Good Video !

I’m making good use of these videos, thank you for this. My 44ft ketch says thank you, too.
