It's better to actually THINK (i.e. to consider the others' context, or why people do things) before pronouncing judgment.
@pigeonlove4 жыл бұрын
Mmmm,upset about losing some money? Don't cry crocodile tears for the lambs you would have sent to the slaughterhouse to have their throats sliced while they were still alive or crammed into a metal container ship in 40 degree heat. The fox kills weak animals for food, not profit, not sport, not ego. The reason lambs can't defend themselves is because they have been put in a fenced enclosure, inbred to have such short fat legs they can barely run and when they do fall, they cannot even get up - all for the sake of profit. Lamb mortality is a fact of life, 99pct of the time a farmer submits a claim for a fox attack, the lamb was dead from neglect and the farmer left it out to get the money for it. The reason why fox hunters use beagles is for endurance, not speed, to exhaust the fox by smell rather than kill it quickly by sight. The reason they starve the beagles beforehand is to make them tear it apart. Beagles kept in such poor conditions, the RSPCA must think they are on holiday now. So dangerous hunting dogs on a hunt savaged a woman to death in France last year. The reason they dig the dens out when the fox hides is to cheat, fair sports don't interest them. The reason farmers breed foxes to sell to other farmers, is not because they are a danger to livestock, not because there are too many (fox population self regulate) it is for sport, their sick prestige. The op is correct, fox hunters were 100pct disgusting people as confirmed by many, many surveys of the British public. Thank goodness they were taught a lesson. The next thing to go will be the wildfowl imported and caged for shooting, destroying entire ecosystems just for their fun.

Depends on the reason. Hunting for sport? Yep, utterly vile and shouldnt be done. Shot to defend ones livelihood? Regrettable, but understandable. No different from any other type of animal who kills another for encroaching on its territory and stealing its food supplies.

To us, they all look the same, but to her, they are probably all individuals. I used to have sheep and to a stranger, they probably all looked the same, but to me, they all had different "personalities," different behavior, and some variations in appearance - very easy to tell apart. It's just like if you had a few pet dogs of the same breed, you would be able to tell them apart easily.
