Hey Stu, What was you shooting in the O/U buckshot or slugs I have an old Sears Roebuck O/U it's shoots great with #1 buckshot in the full choke barrel & 00 buckshot modified barrel. Your videos are GREAT 👍 !!!

Pump actions are way better than the lever action mate. However, the Adler does ok. Just gotta put a 'slick kit' in it from Ignition Custom Engineering (Gunsmith mob in Sth Australia, tell em Stu sent ya) which is a series of springs to replace in the gun.

We leave em mate. We are there to thin out numbers. Within a week the carcasses are eaten by pigs, foxes, eagles etc.

Just curious,Stu.....if chasing an adult pig flat out on the quad,how many minutes (or 100s of metres) before they noticeably tire and start to slow?

Depends on a few things mate. The same pig can hold his own across a stubble paddock but will tire quickly running through a swamp. As a general rule they can go forever at 3/4 pace but big boars will only last a short spurt of top speed probs 500m to 1km which is a long way especially a bushy paddock or a fence every few hundred meters.
