Cheep Vs Expensive Putter

Shoot out between my Scotty Cameron and my Bullseye reissue! I’m aware I called is the Augusta model but this is the ultra version of basically the same putter.

I have a chromed headed Wilson Sam Snead two-way putter that I absolutely love. While it only cost $20, it has been a real joy to play!

I have both the Wilson Augusta and an Acushnet Bullseye putter, both have brass heads and I do well with both of them.

Actually I’m really digging both right now just dropped a sick birdie putt with the Scotty recently but I also have a soft spot for those vintage shaped putters also the cheap one doesn’t feel bad at all for 50 bucks but I’m definitely sticking with the Scotty for the for now Just cause that putters been putting work in And I don’t wanna change anything right now I feel changing a putter Like any club is a bad idea when you’re doing good with it

I switched to the Wilson Augusta putter, and I putt better with it than my $400 expensive putters. I find the Augusta putter is much more consistent and the ball stays true to its line. Distance control and feel is excellent! The key for me is to lean the shaft forward slightly before taking the putter back. I’m saving on average 5 strokes per 18 holes. The brass head feels like butter in the sweet spot, and on miss hits you can feel exactly what you did wrong. I enjoy the zero offset of the Augusta putter because it’s easier to line up my putts. This putter will be in my bag for a very long time and I don’t see a need for another putter.

Cool man it’s a awesome putter for $50.I love it for my vintage set.it was just sitting in the golf shop for the price I had to grab one.I just went in for a glove and walked out with a putter a lot cheeper then a vintage one and no shipping as it was in stock at the store

I have an acushnet bullseye putter that I frequently use. By far my favorite out of all my putters to use!
