I did gymnastics for 5 years but now I’m doing cheer! I love it but haven’t had the best experience...I’m a flyer and I have gotten dropped on my head multiple times. My back spot didn’t catch me out of a cradle🥲

I was supposed to have my first even cheer comp ever but with corona and everything I couldn't go and I was so exited. So when we went into quartined I was super depressed about it and was just eating and got out of shape.and in south africa we started going to school and my cheer comp is in 2 weeks! And I need to get back into shape
