years & YEARS of hard work...it took me 6 moths just to get a backhand spring. im now in my 3rd month of working on layouts and fulls are the next step. it takes a while.

cheerleading isnt as strict on that but its getting to the point where the judges are getting more strict on that. senior elite actually has some of the best technique in allstars! alot of other great gyms like world cup or mayland twisters f5 have awesome tumbling but have bad landings or dont make it around all the way ect. but SE has majorly improved and itll get even better! but i understand what your saying, gymnastics is much more strict with that :)

The one thing that irks me about cheerleading is that their backhand springs always have bent legs and leg separation and a lot of the skills are messy!!:/ maybe that's how it's supposed to be, idk! In gymnastics we have to perfect a skill before we compete it, no bent legs or flexed feet for us!!:)

Good to watch this to see just how hard elite gymnastics is. I mean these guys are clearly working hard and are really fit, and yet their form sucks on these skills that would be crazy-easy for a top gymnast.

On of those front punches were terrible ( don't argue with me because I'm a level 3 almost level 4 and at there level they should have better tumbling then someone on level 3
