Really work on landing that tumbling i know its hard but i keep seeing the knees being bent whats up with that when u tumble your suppose to stand up straight not bend your knees keep practicing and working on the standing fulls cause im seeing a lot of people bend their knees after the standing fulls

sarah vance You’re always supposed to land tumbling with your knees slightly bent. If you land straight, that’s how you tear a ligament. Trust me, I know from experience. Standing fulls are also hard. They’re not going to get serious deductions for landing with their knees bent in execution. That’s more about cleanliness

You will injure yourself if you land with straight legs. It’s a golden rule of tumbling. ☺️
