I've got my CX-20 flying auto missions with Droid Planner 3 as well. But, what bugs me is the drone will never orient itself towards the waypoint and I see your does not as well. Have you figured out how to have it fly forward instead of sideways or backwards to reach a waypoint?

js349 No I have not, but I`m sure there is a way, I just don`t know how.

Hey there. This is a great short video. I have a CX-20 as well, and this is exactly what I want to do. Would you mind posting a parts-list (Kinda Sorta), of your exact build? At least that is something that I know works. Thanks for the video

Hi there, I have just purchased a samsung tablet which I want to use with my cx20 along with droidplanner either 2 or 3. I see you are using droidplanner 3. My question is: Do you have to configure anything before you plan a mission or you just create a mission and then fly. Also which switch do you flick on your tx in order to activate your mission. Does it take off automatically and heads towards the first waypoint and so on. Sorry for the question bombardment but I wouldn't like to crash my quad as you can imagine :) Any help would be much appreciated. Regards from the UK

jasontotz It has been a while but as I recall you have to use Mission Planner on a laptop to program/configure one of your tx switch settings to auto. I got rid of the headless mode switch setting and made it to the auto mode setting. After you lay out a mission on your tablet you switch your tx to auto and then raise the throttle above the mid-point and it goes.Cheers

Do you need a telemetry kit like the 3dr telemetry kit in order to use Droid Planner ?
