No seasoning 🥲 here's how we do it in Brazil: - 250g shredded mozzarella cheese - 1 egg - 2 to 3 spoons of corn starch - seasoning (I like to use oregano, garlic or garlic powder and a bit of black pepper) Mix it all together, add the corn starch until it's not sticking on your hands, make little balls and freeze them for 10min before deep frying them (you can also use a air fry if you want). That's all and it's tasty! 😍🧀🇧🇷
