Butter bread, soft and fluffy cake with dry yeast. Easy and effective shaping.
Ingredients:
1.1-1.2 kg of flour
200 ml of warm water
200 ml of warm milk
3 eggs (one yolk set aside for spreading)
2 packets of 7 g dry yeast (or 1 cube)
5 tbsp. yoghurt
5 tbsp. sunflower oil
1.5 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
150 g of yellow cheese
150 g of cheese
50-60 g of butter
Knead a soft elastic dough, I leave it to rise overnight in the refrigerator or 1 hour in the heat. The cake is formed and fermented again for 30 minutes. Grease with egg yolk mixed with fresh milk and bake. I bake in a glass pan and put the bread and turn the oven to 180 degrees. Bake for about 50 minutes, depending on the oven. After baking, grease with oil.
