Cheese Buchi Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pack 16 oz. glutinous rice flour
250g / 1 cup camote or sweet potato (cooked and mashed)
3/4 cup white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup hot water (add more if the texture is too dry , 1 Tbsp at a time)
Mozzarella Cheese for filling
Sesame seeds for coating
Oil for frying
