Cheese cookies - only 4 ingredients - little sweet and delicate - Yummy!!

Delicious cookies based on cottage cheese - soft and not too sweet - you can eat at will. We often make them during Advent, but not only - they always taste good - perfect for coffee or tea - highly recommended....
Ingredients:
200 g of butter
200 g of cottage cheese
1 cup of wheat flour (my glass is always 250 ml)
2-3 tablespoons of sugar to sprinkle the cookies on top.
