Cheese Crispy Choux | No Mixer No Baking Powder
One of the most requested recipes at THV, Guys, here we go… Cheese Crispy Choux.
Actually, I’ve had tried it for 3 years ago, but failed ☹. Lost the mood since then... but it turns out that there are still many people who ask about this recipe, finally I got my enthusiasm back to try it once again.
And thanks God, it’s succeeded at first try, Yeay 😊… Happy. Moreover, even without baking powder, it turns out that the choux can still be crunchy and crispy.

Ingredients
The Main Ingredients
60 grams Margarine or Butter;
* ¼ tsp Salt;
* 120 ml Water;
* 70 gr all-purpose flour / Cake Flour;
* 2 fresh Eggs;
* 30 grams Cheddar Cheese, Replaceable with Edam cheese, finely grated.
Ingredients for the Filling
* Sufficient jam to taste.
// Note: If in doubt the eggs are fresh or otherwise, then you can add ½ tsp Baking powder per 1 recipe.
