Hi madhu garu. I tried this cheese omelette. Very nice .it's very soft. But my cheese is very salt i used Britannia cheese block. I think no need to add salt in egg. But mirchi flavour is very good. I loved it. Exact ga roll chaiyalekapoya. Because pan is not good. Any way I enjoyed it and really I'll do it again and again. Cheese intilo use chaiyadam idae first time. We use butter. I only tasted cheese in pizza it's also rare. I don't eat snacks outside. Only pakodi we eat and biryanis and curries we get parcel. So due to covid very less from out side. And we are cooking biryanis lot. And recently cooked chicken dum biryani with seeraga samba rice. Loved the flavour like basmati rice.

Cooking is very important in our lives and it’s a life skill that everyone should learn especially teaching kids from very early age helps them to explore and create more... my Son started cooking at the age of 4 and 41/2 yrs. first time he made pancakes all by himself at the age of 5 when I’m sick and couldn’t get up do breakfast for the kids. Now he’s 11 yrs and Pro in Pancakes, Maggie, scrambled eggs and small easy dishes that he likes to eat. That saves Mom’s time a lot and especially when we are sick. Great going Siva Madhu family 👏👏

madhu mam... what difference can we notice while using butter and ghee will taste be same or any difference is seen which will be better? will cheese taste good when eggs are beaten until it becomes frothy such that cheese omlette will be fluffy or your version will taste good? and last but not the least., mam you added only finely chopped green chill to the mixture and seasoned it with salt, can you suggest us any flavors or spices or any veggies that could be added to cheese omlette or finely chopped green chilli is enough? I think addition of a little amount of milk can make it even more yummy😋 thnq🙏🏻
